THE ECCo Sessions

At the end of each cohort cycle, there's an evening event for the local community of audio creatives and industry representatives. During THE ECCO Sessions, we'll be listening to the pieces each cohort has created and tell you the story of how they came about.

We'll also be listening to a selected number of pieces that have been submitted by the wider public. It's a chance to mingle and experience the power of collective listening while also meeting your wider community of journalists, audio nerds, reporters, musicians, sound designers etc.

The first-ever ECCO SESSIONS event lit up Berlin on Friday, May 31st, bringing together a vibrant community of audio journalists, documentarians, and sound artists. Thirteen exceptional creators presented their innovative works to a captivated and packed audience. The listening event took place in the basement of a Berlin cafe to a packed house of almost 80 people.

The evening was a celebration of audio storytelling and community. We can't wait to bring this to other corners of the world and repeat this event in Berlin as well.
